Terms of Service

We provide event entertainment services and equipment hire in Kenya, booked through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person. Availability, pricing, and specific booking terms (deposits, cancellation, and equipment condition on return) are confirmed at the time of your quotation or booking, and shown to you before you pay a deposit.

A booking is provisionally held for a limited period and is only confirmed once the agreed deposit is received. We reserve the right to release a hold that expires without payment.

Hired equipment remains our property at all times. You're responsible for it from collection until it's returned to us in the condition it was issued, ordinary wear and tear excepted. We may require identity verification and a deposit before releasing equipment, and may charge for loss or damage beyond normal wear.

We accept M-Pesa and bank transfer. You're responsible for the accuracy of any payment reference you provide. Refunds, where applicable, are handled case by case per the booking terms shown to you at the time.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to use hired equipment safely and as intended, and to comply with any venue, safety, or legal requirements applicable to your event.

We aim to deliver every booking as agreed, but we're not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
